Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies
All products are made to order and all sales are final. S Hyde Collection cannot accept order any order cancellations as items are made to order- no products are kept in stock. Our business policy of providing customized products also requires full payment upon order.
Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. Items that include horns or antlers can be fragile, so caution is necessary when unpacking. It is recommended that items are picked up at the base. Should shipping be delayed S Hyde will contact you promptly, but cannot be held responsible for shipping delays past estimated delivery times.
At the S Hyde Collection we strive to deliver your products in an effective and efficient manager, while taking into account that some items are more fragile or larger than others and therefore may take additional shipping attention and time. We appreciate your understanding.
Standard Ground Delivery - UPS Ground Service
The S. Hyde Collection’s standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service, which normally takes 3-14 days depending on your shipping destination. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.

Order Confirmation Numbers & Delivery Tracking Numbers
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation along with an order tracking number immediately after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail. You will need to include your full name, shipping address and order tracking number in all e-mail and phone correspondence. Delivery vendor tracking numbers from UPS are not immediately available, so we do not routinely e-mail delivery tracking numbers to our customers.
Overdue Arrivals
If your package has not arrived within 14 days of expected delivery date, please do not hesitate to contact us! If contacting us by email, please include your order number and the words "tracking request" on the email subject line. Please include your order tracking number, full name, and shipping address. We will do our best to track your package and give you an updated delivery estimate. S Hyde, however, is not responsible for late or lost packages.

Return Policy
If your selection does not meet your every expectation, simply return it within 30-days for a prompt exchange or refund of your purchase price (excluding originating shipping and handling fees or return shipping fees). Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please also include the original packing slip or a copy. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
